The Law and Tax™ Hotline is a pro bono, confidential research service for business owners, investors, professionals, and everyday individuals seeking clarity - or even just a second opinion - on complex legal and tax matters.

This project began with pain. I went bankrupt twenty years ago - not from lack of ambition, but because none of my advisors were aligned. My lawyers, accountants, and financial advisors were brilliant - but operated in silos. No one could coordinate the full picture. That experience led me on a lifelong mission to master the systems most people fear - legal codes, tax law, entity structuring, nonprofit strategy, estate design, even criminal and immigration intersections - and build a solution others could rely on.

Today, I serve as a law and tax researcher, international business and tax attorney, impact investor, and early AI innovator (since 2015). I’ve worked with over 10,000 people, helped restructure over $5 billion in assets and intellectual property, facilitated over 250 M&As, and supported nonprofits in securing more than $50 million in grants.
